We handle all service calls with your total satisfaction in mind. Our service calls are a flat fee that covers diagnostics and the cost of fuel for the trip to your home. Some HVAC contractors may charge a per-hour fee, but not us.
We typically finish our initial diagnostics in roughly 30 minutes, but whether our diagnostics take five minutes or five hours, the fee will not change. Once we understand what’s happening with your HVAC system, we’ll explain the issue and discuss next steps. We’ll give you a flat upfront cost of all your repair options so you can budget for possible repairs.
Sometimes a repair is so minimal that we will not add any extra charge for performing it. Our rule of thumb is that if we do not have to replace any parts or use any tools, then there is no extra cost.
If we’re at your home for a service call and you decide to have us replace your HVAC equipment, then we can credit the service call fee towards the replacement equipment.
Our service call fee changes after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. We also offer different pricing for platinum service club members, gold service club members, in-area residential customers, out-of-area residential customers, and commercial customers.
